Return Process

  Log into your DIAMEDSTORE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
